Add Dicing for normal players

i think dicing should be added cos its fun =P

I think only a certain type of player who achieved a certain goal could dice, adding dice for any newcomer will result in a lot of problems as scamming, spamming and more...

Yes, people who can be trusted as "Trusted Dicers", people who are worthy of this advantage and that the staff can be sure that they would not cause any trouble with the community.
