Webclient and Download Client not working

Hello im new here and when i try to play the webclient or download client it tells me that client updating at 1% and after 30 minutes it stayed at 1% what can i do to fix this ?

SERVER IS DEAD !@@@! FOREVER !!! ... Nope srry dude.. jamiescape no longer exists.. :(
